Term & Conditions

  • Eligibility: Our ladies hostel is exclusively for female guests only. Guests must be over the age of 18 years to be eligible for accommodation.
  • Reservations: To make a reservation, guests must provide a valid ID proof and contact information. Reservation requests can be made in person, over the phone, or via email. We reserve the right to reject reservation requests if the guest is found to be ineligible.
  • Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is available 24/7. Guests must provide a valid ID proof at the time of check-in. Check-out time is 12:00 pm on the day of departure. Late check-outs may be subject to additional charges.
  • Accommodation: We offer only shared rooms. Guests are expected to keep their rooms clean and tidy. Any damage caused to the room or the hostel premises by the guest will be charged to the guest’s account.
  • Security: The hostel is monitored by CCTV cameras and security personnel to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Guests are required to follow all security measures and procedures put in place by the hostel management.
  • Conduct: Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner towards other guests and hostel staff. Any form of harassment or disturbance will not be tolerated and may result in eviction from the hostel.

  • Facilities: We provide basic facilities like bedding, storage lockers, Wi-Fi, and hot water, laundry, meals, and transport (transport only for few branches).
  • Visitors: Visitors are allowed only in designated areas of the hostel and are not allowed in guest rooms. Guests are responsible for the behavior of their visitors and any damage caused by them.
  • Liability: We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guest’s personal belongings or valuables. Guests are advised to keep their belongings safe and secure at all times.
  • Termination: We reserve the right to terminate a guest’s stay at any time without notice if they violate any of the terms and conditions mentioned.
  • Bribery and Tipping: Guests are strictly prohibited from paying any form of bribe or tip to any employee of the hostel. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate termination of the guest’s stay and the authorities may be notified. Our employees are paid fairly and any form of bribery or tipping is against our policy. We request our guests to report any incidents of attempted bribery or tipping by any of our employees to the management immediately.
  • The joining date will be taken in to the account for the calculation of 30days a month. (Rent is prepaid system and Electricity Charges are postpaid).
  • Resident should pay Rs.3,000/- as advance and one month rent (Rs.1,000/- will be deducted as maintenance while vacating and remaining Rs.2,000/- refundable), at the time of joining.
  • Hostel fees to be paid with in 5days from your joining date of every month. A fine of Rs.50 per day will be collected from those who do not remit the fees by the Approved date of each month. Residents will get official receipts via Email and Mobile Application for all payments made by them.
  • We offer rental services on a daily or monthly basis only. We do not offer rental services on an hourly or weekly basis. By using our services, you agree to abide by this rental policy and acknowledge that any rental fees charged by us will be based on the daily or monthly rate as specified in our pricing schedule. Rent per day will be ₹600/- for AC Bed ₹400/- for Non AC Bed. Day Rent inclusive all amenities.
  • The resident should inform the management about your vacate 30days before. If wish to extend the stay they have to inform before one week (even you wish to stay as guest also).
  • Residents who are all going out for holidays, should intimate to the administration or record the date, time, purpose etc., to the Hostel from your Mobile Application under “Out passes”. Everybody should co-operate in saving Electricity, Water & Food.
  • Everyone should keep their respective Rooms & Common spaces, neat and clean. Solid items such as sanitary pads should be thrown in to the special bin. Waste must be deposited in the Dustin bins provided and special fine will be imposed if the instruction is not followed.
  • Hostel authorities have full rights to ask the residents to change to another room if any need arises.
  • Water Heater should not be brought inside the hostel. If found such electronics will be seized and will not be returned at any cost.
  • Hostel authorities have full rights to enter the room in resident absence using the master key for any emergency work or inspection of room.
  • Do not argue with cooking staff regarding preparation and taste of food. In case of complaints and suggestions intimate to the Hostel Administration by the way of reporting in Mobile Application. Residents should not give any cash or kind to kitchen staff, warden and cleaning staff as tip. On account of Festive days like Pongal (Sankranti), Diwali etc., the Cooking, Cleaning & Maintenance staffs may not be available and the occupants should arrange the food for themselves on those days.

  • Resident who is leaving out of station must surrender the room key in the reception and collect the same after returning to the Hostel. Additional charges Rs.300/- will be levied for loss of key.
  • Hostel property should not be damaged and in case of any damage, appropriate fine will be imposed on.
  • If any of occupants face any problem or misbehavior from any other occupant, complaint should be made to the administration from your Mobile Application under “Complaints”, So that the suitable action can be taken. Your Complaints / Problems are resolved within 24hrs. You can escalate the issue to +91 9944666667 if not resolved with in 24Hrs.
  • Residents should inform to the Reception / Administration if there is any change of Permanent Address, Phone Number & Office Address.
  • Don’t waste Food, save water & Power (Please close the water tap & switch off lights, fan after using)
